Eating fruits is more beneficial than drinking juice

I believe that fibers present in the fruits is very essential for human body.
By drinking juice, we only give a huge amount of sugar to the body, which is a bit dangerous as it may result in obesity. Eating fruits give us energy as well as the essential amount of fiber.

True,especially citrus fruits like orange,lemon etc are fiber content fruits,it is good for our health

fresh squeezed Juice made vegetables more tolerable though. Juicing is the best way to make vegetable haters eat vegetables. A juice combination of fruits and vegetables.

As an aside, what do you think about Gerson Therapy? I just read/watched about a kid whose parents were curing their son of Eosinophilic Esophagitus by juicing. He also ate organic veggies and fruits and potatoes. But the bulk of his diet was from juicing.
There are also accounts of people being healed of cancer by following this therapy.

Everyone should add fruits in our daily food like apple, papaya,guava etc...fruits will enhance our body metabolism and is good for skin also
