Here comes the rain from that tropical storm headed our way. Let's hope the lights stay on, and it is not as bad as it appears to be. No tornados. No major flooding. Nada... Nope! I love the rain, but the tornados and flooding will have to go!!!!

There was definitely some damage in some areas on the east coast, but not where I live.

I'm hoping it doesn't cause immense damages anywhere and it goes over smoothly. I'm traveling from South Carolina this weekend, to Alabama... bad time for a storm to come through. May it pass with minor damages and be on it's merry little way. Sending love & light to all those who will be affected.

I live in Gainesville, but I am in Orlando this week at a conference. We've been getting hammered here by the outer bands of rain. I've been following this storm closely, because it is projected to come right through Gainesville and Jacksonville! Let's hope it's a rainmaker and not a major wind event!

@IreneVincent Everything's good here now! The flooding hasn't been that bad! Although last night, it poured on us the entire time we were at the University of Florida football game! I never thought in a million years that I would find myself shivering in Florida in the summer time!

Because of the shift, we are going to get the outter bands of the wind and rain. However, it could shift again. Hurricanes are just so unpredictable.

I've been watching the weather. My sons are headed for South Carolina for a golf tournament and I'm wondering if they are going to get rained out.

If the golf tournament is this weekend, it's safe to say they will probably get rained out!
