Busy because of conference

I am a bit busy and not posting here because, there is an international conference in my college on Smart city. That is scheduled on 9th and 10 th of September. So, works like organizing, mobilizing delegates, arranging sponsors,stalls and so many activities are making me busy. Of course, I am not the only person but I am also one of the person doing these. Do you have any such things on smart cities?
