It spoiled again

I prepared some cooking items seeing the recipes on the internet. I cold make some. But, in the case of preparing a Dal chutney (chutney using lentils) , I am unable to do it. So a little bit of disappointment. I want to give it a final trial. If I fail I do not want to try it again at any time. I can not waste my time and the other items. anymore
