Good heavens @ChildofGod81 that certainly is ridiculous. The rules should be fall and harvest time decorations, then thanksgiving and finally Christmas. I am glad that here in Latvia they put up decorations for all of the holidays just a short time before. Halloween was never celebrated here before but now some decorations are put up by mid October. We don't have Thanksgiving so Christmas decoration go up at the beginning of December. I just don't understand the store were you live.

It's not just one store. it's EVERYWHERE. Wal Mart where I live has Christmas trees out before Halloween now. It drives me NUTS. ONE HOLIDAY AT A TIME PEOPLE!! I get confused about what holiday I'm supposed to be celebrating lol.

From where I am, stores are selling Halloween costumes. I'm going to the department store later, I'm guessing they're piping in Christmas songs now. Heck, people here are starting to count down the days before Christmas.

I haven't been to any stores lately, sounds like a good thing LOL. I will howevever probably going to the dollar stores and thrift stores on the weekend. The dollar stores do usually get out the holiday stuff early. So I'm gonna have to be annoyed by them, too. I usually shop FOR the holidays totally online.
