Problem: I need to fill out a W9 form and email it to a writing site I work for. Questions: Can I download the form, fill in the information, then save and email it? Or is scanning my only option? Thanks everyone.

I had to download that form once from the IRS site. You will need to print it off so you can fill it out, unless you can save it to a Word document so you can fill it out right there, and then e-mail it.
