Well there's another reason

OMG!!! Seriously for one Im so sick of hearing well their just kids they are teenagers that need to freaking learn. A fight broke out right in front of my apartment and yes I stepped in because this little punk pushed one of my daughter's friends down and he is only 6 and very tiny the kid that pushed him looked like he was around 12 and had a bunch of buddies with him. I told them that they didnt live on this side and they need to go back to whatever building they live in. One neighbor smarted off and said well their just kids and I said no their teenagers that need to learn and that if that little boy was seriously hurt and his mother called the police he could go to junivulle. This boy has been in trouble before and the police said one more time they come out about him that he was going. The mother finally calmed down and didnt call the police which I kind of wish she would've but she did go to his parent about it. Normally I try my best to stay off out stuff but it happened right in front of me I couldnt just let it go. I don't understand these parents around here at all they pay no attention to what their kids are doing at all.

It is right to teach these kids a lesson before they became a bully. And you also did a right thing since they are fighting right in front of your house.

yeah it seems like these older kids around here the parents just let them go and do whatever and it's becoming a big problem. We might be moving soon and I really hope so this place is getting so bad around here.

@AutumnSnow that will be a good idea. Since living there cannot really contribute in your growth and your family, better to move on the place where you can also bond with your neighbors.

@richjohn07 that's exactly how I feel. Some of the neighbors around here aren't so bad but they seem to be few and far between. It's time to move onto something better.

I probably would have called the police. He's had plenty of warnings. Maybe a night or three in juvie will be the wake up call he needs.

@AutumnSnow See, though, I feel bad for the kids. Sure, there are some bad apples that fall in with the wrong crowd despite their parents' best efforts, but I really think the majority of them act out because of the way their home lives are. Not that that makes their actions any better, but they're kind of screwed up until they're able to get out on their own and get away from the toxic home life.

I feel the same way I wished the mother of the kid that got pushed would've went through with it and called them if it happens again and I see it I will call. Parents around here aren't obviously doing their job these older kids need a wake up call big time.

Some parents look over confident . They rally do not worry about their kids and let them go wherever they like to go
