It happens...I had a very close relationship like that...now the guy just totally ignores me..I think it is wrong..because we weren't really romantically involved..just close. Now I feel like he was just killing time!

It sucks! I mean I don't wanna be bothered by it but I just can't help that it hurts. I can still remember those times that he showed interest in me. Now that I like him more than ever he's slowly drifting away.

Yes, it will hurt. It can be devastating if you let it. So far, I have lost everyone that I have loved romantically, including 2 wives after 15 and 13 years, to the point that I have a hard time to love anyone romantically as I don't trust anyone that way anymore. But, life goes on! I have not lost hope, but have learned to live without that kind of love. I have found things in life that are stronger and more precious than romantic love for another human.
