If I go to the regular movies I do buy popcorn everytime.
but if I go to the drive in movies I only buy popcorn once in a while because usually I would bring my own snacks there.
when we go to the drive in we usually pick something up on the way or pack stuff and have like a little picnic out there and wait for it to get dark.. I love the drive in better than the regular movie theatre.

Me too, there is absolutely nothing like a drive in, the only problem is they are harder to find nowadays. But I still take
goodies with me 2 the movies, the price of candy is just outrageous. When my kids were young, I would carry hot dogs in a thermos, they had big appetites and there was no way I was gonna buy 2 hot dogs for each one of them, drinks, candy and popcorn @ the movie theater prices, so I just applied a little frugal movie going techniques...SS

we do. I love the popcorn from the movie theatre. I often wonder how they make it so good. when we used to go to the army base to the movies they have the big butter container and salt out on a counter and you put your own on. now that was yummy.

I always say that I am not going to buy anything from the concession stand at the movies, because the prices are way too high. I even eat before I go and always sneak my own drink in. LOL. But everytime I go I smell that popcorn and can not resist. I end up buying it everytime. I am such a weaklin.

I do not buy anything from the movies. I think it is too unhealthy and expensive. Why be broke and unhealth? I just order a nice low fat dish from a chinese food store and stuff it in my large pocket and much on it while I'm watching a movie.

Well, whether it's popcorn or some other treat, it's obvious
that many of us do enjoy a treat while we watch a movie. Thanks for your comment...SS

I do. I love popcorn at the movie theater. Its usually quite yummy. However, I only buy the popcorn at the movie theater when I know that the movie theater vender will not skimp on the butter or salt, which sometimes they do.
