My "No Internet" Experience

Where to begin..
In late May we decided to turn off our internet connection from June through August. I'm back online again. I had enough games on my computer to keep me happy, unless or until they became boring. That's when the sense of internet loss set in. I wanted to check my email (what a nightmare that was when I first got online), wanted to come to mylot, wanted to check my fb and surf interesting sites. My habit was to get online at 7am and literally waste time till suddenly it was noon.
The decision of 'no internet' came at a very fortunate time. Even though I was fighting the insurance through denials, I was supplied with enough Rexulti samples to see me through.
Rexulti has been good to me. It's only 0.5mg, and it has changed and keeps changing my habits and negative thoughts. As a result of no internet along with the Rexulti and my angels, I don't turn on my computer till almost 9am, sometime not till afternoon. My newest affirmation, "what I can when I can, one moment at a time, it's doable". They are also three separate affirmations I use at different points of my day.
Now that I'm back to MyLot I will be staring slowly, mostly reading and commenting at first. I will be limiting my time on the internet to maintain some of the good habits I've created.
I'll write about my Rexulti experience in another post. I remember that some of you were curious as to how it was affecting me.

I'm not going to say "it's easy", but it is well worth the effort. *be blessed*

That's happened to us as well where we didn't have no internet for a couple of months. We called the internet company and they gave us 4 months for free.

Good to see you back and sometimes a little withdrawal from the Internet is a very good thing.
