I love junk foods. I never get bored eating up junk foods but I also do Yoga for good health. I am still fit and there is no ill effect on my body. Should I continue with this routine or should I stop eating junk foods ??

Eliminate it gradually if you must do it so the body won't get shocked, there might be withdrawal symptoms similar to quitting smoking and drinking. Drink a lot of water if you cannot help eating junk food to flush out salt, sugar, msg etc.. Before it can do more harm

@princemaxp there is plus or minus recommended daily requirement depending on your age and activity, we need salt if we sweat a lot or when it is hot. Too much salt will or can damage your kidneys

If you are already 70 years old, you might as well continue eating junk food, since you are not likely to live for another 50 years. If you are younger than that, you should stop. The body usually starts to break down after 50 years old. All the toxic accumulated in the body affect the body slowly, and when the body starts to break down, there is nothing much you can do already.

Eat as much "junk" food as you like...it's your body and your health. No one should tell you what to do. Bon appetit!

Excessive eating of junk foods is really bad for the health. I hope you can lessen that and find other alternatives. I can't speak with regards to yoga because I'm not expose to it.

If you describe the food that you put in your body “junk”, then you should probably not eat it. Junk is what you throw away. We eat for our health. Also … I don't know how old you are … but sometimes you don't feel the effects of your bad or poor diet until you get much older. So you need to do a health assessment of yourself, consider your family/genetic history, etc. Don't take your health and your youth for granted and assume you will always have it.

Unless your doctor tells you to quit eating it, or you're noticing some ill effect, why should you totally stop eating what you enjoy? I would say once in awhile is fine. Just don't eat them all day long.

You should stop eating junk foods since it is bad in your health. Yoga is nothing if you continue the habit.

I feel it all should come down to moderation. Junk food is fine, if you're happy with it, just have junk food in moderation. Unless a medical professional says not to. Moderation for everything is good

You don't have to stop it completely. Once a while it is okay to have when you have a craving for it, but you must not have it always. Having junk food always is not good for health.
