My discouraging adviser

Our adviser is a Registered Medical Technologist who works in the hospital located in our school. And I don't know whether she's been like that even before or just after passing the exams but i don't like it how every time she'd talk about courses we have to take up in 3-4 years she'd be like "but that won't be 'til you pass-IF YOU EVEN PASS" and she'd repeat it again and again for more than 5 times EVERY MEETING! She just always, ALWAYS bring my mood down. I get so discouraged and feel like not attending her class anymore. I mean, why can't she just help us pass the exams, and tell us that we could all pass that with her help. Or support us, rather. Right?
I just don't like being stepped on. I don't like feeling all high in the end. I don't like being "in your face" to people. But she just makes me want to. Ugh.

Just make it as your motivation. Prove to your professor that you are not what she is talking to all of you. Just do your best.

@thereselao it is still motivations. :) since there is someone that motivates you to prove that you are not what they are saying.

Those kinds of motivations just don't work with me. I just end up holding grudges against people. But still, I'll pass the exam and prove to her that I'm worth that position. ;)

Wow, that is way too much negativity for an advisor. She should be encouraging and exciting you, not scaring the wits out of you. It sounds like she's making a threat not to pass you.

Exactly! Its like she's already telling us that we won't pass indirectly.

Every people has his/her own character, and we should accept it if we want to be a friend of him/her.

Well I don't want to be a friend of hers.I don't like those kinds of people who like bringing others down just so they could stay higher than them.
