last night. when it was 22:30in Beijing,i take the courage to make a telephone to a company in NY,America. It is all for job. Fotrtunately,they did not understand me and so do I. i want to know why? poor pronuncation?bad grammer? could someone give me some advice?Thank you!

It probably depended on who answered the phone. Some people are not able to understand proper English that is spoken with foreign accents.

I can't really give you advice as I haven't heard the call.
We aren't allowed to criticize people here for their level of english....so I hope you'll not take what I say in a negative way.
You do have some errors in grammar so maybe that'd be carried forward to the phonecall?
I really don't mean to be unkind as I can totally understand what you're saying so your english is good...maybe the job just required absolute fluency.

Maybe. I will try mybest to let my oral english understood by others. i ned the job and i do not want to change
