priority first is to eat more with vegetables that contains fiber and vitamins A, and other forms of vitamins. you know the green leafy ones, lesser meat. "nutrition and you" you website can give you the statistics to most vegetables and fruits that you eat. if you eat veggies that you buy in the market you can look up for its vitamin content there. second, exercise should start slow if your a beginner, don't rush yourself. and may I recommend this video for starters. For a week now it's been helpful, just don't follow their phase because their too fast.

Eat less and exercise more. That's how it works for me.

I know the feeling very well. I was think when I was young, then got heavy in my prime years. Believe me, I had a hard time. Then I got diabetes, got thin again and then things in my life went wrong and yes, I gained weight again. Now I am trying to lose it once again. I hate feeling like this. Hang in there.

10000 steps a day, eat in moderation, don't overdo the fatty foods.

Making the right food choices can help so much. Cutting out sugar as much as possible is a good start then start cutting down on fried foods and fats. And exercise will see the pounds sliding off even faster.

Yes, you should start paying attention on your health. Lots people have the same problem with you. Overweight may cause many health problems. Try to control your daily meals, reduce stress, be more physically active, and consult to a doctor. You should do these in gradual. I wish you the best.

I want to loose some too but won't recommend. My way of loosing weight is not the best way. I'm setting aside this month to accomplish something substantial.
