She Thinks She Knows It All

How do you deal with people who think they know it all? We have this co-worker who behaves like she knows everything. What's laughable is that the things she's telling us to do are things we have taught her in the first place. It is so ridiculous that I want to laugh out loud sometimes. It is just so irritating sometimes that I want to tell her that she's just trying to be funny. She does it everyday but I do not want to destroy my day so I just ignore her most of the time.

@AkoPinay. ?? I think she's lucky because everybody are just ignoring her. She will eventually meet someone who would tell her frankly to stop acting like she knows everything.

That will be a great idea, then share it over and over again @AkoPinay that way more people will learn from her.

I think someone has to stand up and tell her that what she keeps saying are actually things told her to do .

Everybody are ignoring her, but deep inside they are laughing at her.

I'd probably just tell her that I already know those things very well. I don't like to argue, most of the time I ignore such people.

@cahaya. Right! I just wanna tell her to just STOP because I already know those things she's trying to teach me. I do not want to brag but most of the things she's trying to teach me are things she's learned from me anyway. How ridiculous! I don't like to argue so I ignore her. I just anwer her with an exagerated "ohh, really? That's great!"

@flojever Haha I hope she gets it! It's even worse when they purposely do that when they know that the boss is around, just to show off or whatever.

@ms1864 yeah! I will tell her to become an original and not to copy ideas and pretend they're her own.
