I walk up this morning and found a huge mesage from someone i know just very little and he was asking me for a very big amount of money he asked for 6000 dolars. Last month the same person asked from my boy friend 500 dolars. Realy my income is near to zero the past year ive been surviving out of my savings and know this. I havent answer him back cause im in a shock still. What you do in such situations?

I had the same experience a month ago. I had a classmate way back in high school whom I no longer have any conversations or connections with for almost a decade. She "messaged" me on Facebook that she wanted to collect money for our reunion this December. It's only a small amount, but what bothers me is that, it's pretty obvious that she no longer know my name. She called me by my nick name. And that happens to be the name that I posted on Facebook. I just felt bad.
It's just petty, but I don't know why I found it offensive in a way.

she probably forgot your name, but yea in reunion we all to pay :) its ok, she has a little memory loss, dont be offented, i dont as well even remember my classmates from high school they have changed so much, i stayed the same, i do not recocnise them, they imidiatly know is me when they see me, but i cant remember them, they look old, it shocs me. so dont be offented, we forget, that doesnt mean we dont have a place in our heart for all those wonderfull year we all had at school :)

I don't lend money and I don't borrow money from others. If I'm in that situation, I'll tell that guy upfront that he can't expect a single cent from me.
