I have done 3 weeks of yoga practice (almost)

I joined a 28 days daily practice including yoga and meditation 3 weeks ago, and now I have almost done 3 weeks of yoga practice.
I missed 3 days when my husband was away. I usually do the yoga practice in the early morning while my children are still sleeping. Those three days, when I wanted to do my yoga practice, my little girl woke up, so I needed to go back and sleep together with her, and couldn't find other time to practice my yoga.
It's okay. I am still glad that I managed to practice yoga consistently for so many days, which I have not done before. I will continue to practice yoga every morning. I hope I will do daily meditation too.
Do you practice yoga too?

I go to a class twice a week normally, but have been busy and lazy this summer. I need to get back to it plus some extra at home.

It's good to know that you are into a program. I don't do yoga, but I do some exercises to tone my body muscles and be in a better shape physically. There are some things that I don't agree with practicing yoga so I don't do it. It's a personal choice. Having some exercise on a regular basis can help us become stronger, physically and mentally. Having a time for meditation, especially when we meditate upon God's Word on a daily basis, sharpen our spiritual mind and soul.
