What does excessive complaining in Mylot Guidelines means?

I wonder what does excessive complaining encompasses here? Does it mean that we should avoid posting rants about our experiences in life? I just hope it is not, for sometimes when we have no one to talk to, it is in the form of writing we vent out our frustrations in order to make us feel ease back again.
I wish there is anyone can explain it better.

You can ask admin by tagging @GoAskAlice but I do not think a simple rant about your life is what that means. It is more likely to be complaining about other myLotters, or about how the site functions. Sometimes when you have a rant about your experiences that we all learn a lesson as well.

That is a good point and suggestion @GardenGerty. With your answer together with @Mike197602 clarification, I think there is no need to send message to the admin. I will just take it from you guys. thank you.

Too late about messaging the admin @puroypoi the anguish alert has already gone out over the air waves. I agree with what has been said in the comments mostly. I've read admin doesn't want excessive complaining about the site if there should be some kind of dissatisfaction that would shine a poor light on the site. All about the site.
I'm not sure if the guide lining actually applies or would even be able to address complaining from or about other members. That task would require excessive and stricter moderation and unless there is an obvious outrage on board would be outside the role of an admin?
There is a life guideline to follow though. A warning. It can lead to catching a disease called complainingselflaitis or a medical condition called bitteritch.

I don't think they want us complaining about other members in most cases. There was an infamous case of a guy who put a personal photo on the site and said a few choice words to the admin. That was different and everyone talked about him.
They want us to take our personal grievances against someone else to message, not sully the myLot pages with them.

no, excessive complaining relates to complaining about the site not your personal life.
Don't worry about venting your frustrations about your life, that is fine

Someone has mentioned it, I don't sound as if I am repeating what has said already but just to agree, complaining about the site is I thought what it is.

It is ranting on others and complaints on other discussions.
