i have... jus 2 days back... felt really gr8.. nuthin to be afraid bout... it is painless n gud for your health... infact blood shud be donated regularly every 4-5 months...

You are welcome to the club of blood donors . You can donate blood every three month without ant side affect.This is because , every three month old RBCs are replaced by new ones by the spleen .
