There's a wave going around the world that the internet has made us impatient and we want everything instantly. Well! I don't agree. Impatience in a quality that can be checked. What has the internet go to do with impatience. Rather I should say that the internet has helped me to do things faster- search information, send mail etc. Do you think that the internet has made you impatient?

In some ways, if we are going to evaluate the past 5 years, I think that it has some correlation between being impatience and the internet. It may be that the internet has programmed our mind of being fast. If we want to know something, we just use the internet and in an instant, we can know what we need to search for. However, if we are conscious enough of being patient, and we learn to be patient in many areas of life, it will not matter that much even with the internet. What do you think?

Good comment and yes I think patience is something we can learn to develop. I read that on the internet.

I don't think the internet made me impatient because I was impatient already before i had the internet.

Perhaps traffic lights make us impatient and should?

I do not think that it is the Internet, but the modern life and the modern technology, included the microwave.

when you are on the next and working seriously and the power goes off what will be your reaction? You almost lose interest in anything till the power comes. Everything has got its own advantages and disadvantages.
