Luke warm water with honey and lemon every day in the morning....have green tea instead of normal milk tea...

Since it is only a month away I would suggest cutting back on carbs and drinking plenty of water. Also try to get out for a walk every day for at least 20 minutes.

I also put this topic for discussions, several response i got.some of them are
1, green tea
2,drink lemon juice with honey in empty stomach
3.do exercise for 30 minutes
4,use apple cider vinegar
5,avoid junk foods

When I am aiming between 46 to 50 kilograms weight, I join zumba sessions and get pretty religious with it. Also, I don't skip meals. I don't deprive myself from any food, but I eat in moderation. I don't eat too much salty and sweet foods. And I rarely drink coloured drinks.
