@anushady Yeah silence too because it helps in identifying the root cause,which in turn helps us in dealing with it effectively.

If I am feeling low for some reason, either I talk to my best friend (she has her own ways of lifting my mood) or I simply take a bit time off and listen to some real upbeat music. Music always helps me to relax as well as cheer up.

I find if I am having a not so good day I go for a hike through the woods. Being alone in nature has a way of lifting my spirits and making me feel better.
