Meeting new people or being in crowd full of strangers always makes me anxious. Even thinking about it beforehand makes my gut full of butterflies.
I need a lot of preparation, mentally, to just go out looking for free WiFi at the mall or my school.
but, I don't have any problem doing presentation as long as I know my audiences.
How about you, guys..? What types of anxiety do you have and how you overcome it..?

Speaking in front of a crowd of people always makes me anxious but prayer and preparation helps a lot.

that's the point.. many event doesn't allowed us to be prepared before hand.. that's when the anxiety kick in.
I agree with you, prayer makes a good preparation for literally everything.

When I was a child, I was very anxious when I know I'm going to meet someone and I have to speak English but now, seems I got over it by reading and writing in English as much as possible. Now in all modesty, I think I speak very good English and can speak it fluently.
