Arrange marriage or love marriage?

Friends, I have seen lots of people experiencing that if we compare, arrange marriage is more successful then love marriage. what you think? share me your views. thank you

Arrange marriage is very popular in the ancient times in China, but at modern days, it is very rare, and most modern Chinese marriages are love types.

@SUCHIIT Yes, I think so, love marriage is more successful than arrange, just because these people who get married know well about each other.

that is great, but here in India, love marriage is more successful then arrange, in my expierience i have seen most of love marriage was just and attraction. then they didn't work.

not necessary...it would depend how much WORK the couples put into their marriage. Every kind of marriage needs work. I have seen success and failure in both kinds.

Exactly, most marriages in ancient China are arrange ones, bride and bridegroom even didn't meet before their marriage, but most that kinds marriages went well

In the Philippines, arrange marriages are not common so I think I would prefer love marriage like the one I am in now. I'm very happy with my marriage and my husband is a great guy.

Perhaps, elders are involved in it...they sought out issues and make marriages survive.But, nowadays such marriages aren't in trend.

for me i'd prefer for love marriage.what is the use of arranging if you are not compatible to each other,everyday you argue of something is not good to both of you.love marriage is best for me because you know each other and you know that you are both inlove,but maybe it depends how you handle your relationship

I would pick love any day. I would rather marry somebody that I love and that I choose instead of having that decision made for me.

Arrange marriage are common to other places, because it is a part of their tradition. In the Philippines, unless you have a Chinese blood, it's not really that common. I think any marriage will last long if both the persons involved choose to respect and nurture each other.
