Sometimes may be I should say usually this happens at my place...all of a sudden without no reason my family starts yelling at me... I'm like is there anyone behind me..what's wrong?
Sometimes I even don't understand what's the reason!
After a week or two I realize so and so incident happened because it was a frustration or anger because of so and so person.
I usually remain very silent... because my words are too logical they directly hurt a person.
So I keep quite most of the time sometimes I even cry because i don't say anything to other person and that words from the opposite side build up my heart with pain.
I don't think everyone likes to be silent!
Now I'm used these things...today morning I had to face it one more time...but now I'm like ok...it's not about you ... don't worry....!
Ok have fun dears , will be back soon!
It's prayer time for me now!

Sorry you are dealing with this issue. Try not to let it get to you even though it hurts be be yelled at for no reason. Some people are just angry. If you can talk to them about your feelings that may help.

@shaheena11 Yes it is best not to give a reaction at all. Simply just walking away is better.

I understand that so I just leave them ...i feel silence is the best reply...though some times words are too harsh...

Maybe, what you could do is once the anger has simmered down a little bit, you talk to them honestly about your feelings and that it hurts you when they yell at you like that. I hope everything will be okay at your home soon. I wish you well.

Yeah...the best thing is they realize it later ...there is no need of me going and telling them that I was hurt...after a day or two they are normal...but that sudden emotions of anger you know are like boommmm

Yeah people vent out their frustrations on someone who is an easy target. While this is an action to condemn, I'm afraid most of us are prone to this. It's best not to reply and fuel the argument even more. When everything's calmed down, then quietly explain to that person that what he/she did was not right.

@shaheena11 yeah its a common occurrence. Most of us have to deal with it at least a few times in life. The people yelling at us hurt our emotions in some form or the other.

Hmm may be not a good idea...!
I'll just let them be..
Anyways it's not long I'm going to stay here ... Within a year I'll be married so..I don't want to spoil up the environment with a argument!
I think you got that...some suggestions never appear to be so...they look more like an argument
