Getting Older Getting More Aches

When I was young, and my father was in his forties, he keeps on telling us that he feels different pains.
I thought it was just an excuse, not until I reached the same age as he is then.
Now I feel different body aches and I think my health resistance are as not as good as when I was young..
Now it's me getting an excuse!
How about you, how is your health now as an adult?

You have high uric acid you should drink lots of water, uric acid is excreted via urination
