Call center agents might give me some good idea how to fix this laptop keyboard that is not working. The letters 'a', 's', 'z', 'x' and 'c'. I think its not just a broken but a program because the group of letters can be seen in one side.
The answer: its good I have an external usb keypad which I am using right now. Thanks goodness the this external keypad work.
I have been observing this past few days that these letters are not working well. When I pushed them many times they are working. But now its totally out of the job.

Just in case your keyboard got broken in the middle of the midnight where stores are close yet. You can use the on screen keyboard which is already installed on your pc.

@ilocosboy I remember Mylot is at double pay.....You know the rare occasion where the earnings is multiply at 2. It was 2 am in the morning so I cant buy keyboard because stores are close. I managed to survive the end of the double pay by using the onscreen keyboard.

@ilocosboy I think the electronics appliances now hard to repair.
They just change which part is going wrong.

Its so happen that a technician you need to replace them all, as a whole, and the seems buying a new one is more practical.
