He's Back

Our over head neighbor came back yesterday. We have heard him moving around, sounds like he is cleaning up and I haven't seen anything hurled off his deck. He was up all night because I could hear him moving things. Not those heavy weights falling on the floor but more noise than it should have been during the night. We couldn't sleep just waiting for the big bang which didn't come. We're going to try to hold out until the end of the month when management tells us he will be evicted. I'm hoping family will show up to take him under their wing. My better half doesn't know if he can take it that long and is talking about finding another apartment. I don't know what we will do. I can hear him now, sounds like he's moving things around. Wish us luck, and that poor fellow.

It really is a shame he isn't with family being watched over. It puts a burden on neighbors. I do wish you luck.

He's a young man but he could have. It is a mental problem. I had a friend whose young husband had dementia. She had to put him in a home so she could work and earn a living. That was one of the saddest things.

My goodness the man just moves things around so much - I can only imagine all that noise that you are burdened with! Hopefully something will be resolved on his end rather than you guys having to move elsewhere.

@RubyHawk Yes, in a sense he is a dangerous person . . . someone needs to be watching him if he can't be in control of himself. I hope that eviction comes soon!!

@much2say I know you can't evict anyone in less than a month and it might be more.

The poor guy can't stay here,Throwing his things on the ground from his upper deck could kill anyone who is walking on the trail. I just don't know how long it will take for an eviction.

@RubyHawk It is a lot of trouble to go hunting for a new apartment. And who knows what your neighbours will be like there?

@RubyHawk - Yes, there are advantages and disadvantages to renting a private home ... but more privacy is definitely an advantage.

I am so sorry! I know what its like to have that kind of noise and being disturbed. If you could, I would move, its always going to be the same noise over your head! I had one on the side that would wake me every morning with the t.v. blasting, I hated that place!
