Do you try to avoid bread when dieting?

Bread is not the worst thing you can eat, but I try to limit bread a bit, because it is easy to get out of control with it. I think better to eat bread than other things that are more caloric. What about you?

I try to cut down on bread too. Mostly the bread we get is not really yummy not like more speciality breads.

Yeah, I also just reduce the amount. Another that we should pay attention is milk, besides breads and wheats. Many diet milk products and sugar free, but that doens't mean it very safe to our fat. "Cola" and "Pepsi", though for diet are should also avoidable.
