Hey all!
Is anyone else here facing problems with the loading page of mylot? and difficulty in posting a comment?
When i try to load discussions, first i get a message saying that they could not find the DNS address. If a wait a little more mylot does load....eventually. Any idea why this might be happening?
Also I am getting an Error while commenting and I have to try 2 - 3 times to get the comment posted.
It says I should contact support if this happens....but i can't find where the link to the support center is on the site!
Help please?

It's probably a temporary problem. You should wait for a day and see if everything normalizes. I haven't been getting any such messages though. The site wasn't loading a few days back, that's all.

Errors to do with DNS sound like that there is a problem either in your PC or with your Internet Service Provider. The Domain Name Server (DNS) is a service which translates or looks up a URL and finds the numbers which computers understand. You can think of it like translating or looking up a street address and finding the correct zip or postal code.
The problem with responding and commenting is very likely due to the same problem and there is nothing that MyLot would be able to do about it.
The most common cause of the error you are getting is that the connection between your PC and the Internet is patchy or the wireless signal is weak or has a lot of interference (if you are using WiFi). Solutions are to move your PC closer to the WiFi router and to make sure that there is no equipment nearby (either in your house or in the neighbourhood) which is interfering with the signal. Other WiFI networks nearby which are using the same channel, microwave ovens and cordless phones close by can often be the culprits.
