dealing with dificult peoble

I have to deal with that every day. Either they have a big eco or they are so i have no words to discripe. Im trying to get them on the right path and they dont listen. They are so high temper i cant get through to them. But im trying i will never ever give up!

I understand what you mean for I meet them in my place. It is impossible to change them so I have changed my ways in dealing with them.

You have a good heart. People won't change unless they want to. Hard to change people who don't want to change. All the best to you.

Giving up doesn't accomplish much. I find you can never change people. They won't. I have difficulty dealing with liars.

I used to be an expert at de-escalating people at work. Now I don't know if I could because I'm just as mad as they are LOL
