What does this phrase mean? Does one become more and more of a chicken when one eats chicken every day? Or does one develops fish characteristics when one consumes mainly fish every day? Tell me what you think this phrase mean.

I think it's the "garbage in, garbage out" philosophy... if you eat nothing but junk food, your health will suffer. Conversely, eating healthier foods will be beneficial to you.

I'm a jew And Jews do not eat many animals also eat the rest And even if our titles animals should be slaughtered Another good we can not eat it ... One of the reasons Judaism for whom we have forbidden foods it that they stupefy the mind We know that whoever I could not kosher animal begins to resemble them-as it is written sentence you wrote ... The human body has a lot of blood, blood, soul and this fact, Jewishly not eat animals with improper blood that the soul of man, eat your soul-blood animal. The more you eat many animals can become like them until they resemble even outside (As it sounds strange but it's true ...) well I can write here till tomorrow....If it really intereste you maybe I will write more...

It's the benefits of what you eat. You are healthy because you eat healthy foods. You are unhealthy because you eat unhealthy foods.
