Money is regarded by some people as the most important thing in life. It is even regarded as the symbol of wealth and social position. As the saying goes, money makes the world go around. Everything in contemporary society is based on money.
Deng Xiaoping once said, " to get wealthy is glorious. " Being poor is not very much fun while being rich allows us to enjoy life to the fullest. We need money to buy food, buy a house or pay for our education. We can afford the visit to the places of interest if we have enough money.
Nevertheless, there are some people who try to get money via dishonest ways and they are published by the law eventually.
As far as I'm concerned, a desire to earn more money is nothing to be ashamed of so long as we observe laws and regulations.

Money is not everything but it is necessary. I am happy as long as I have enough money to have a roof over my head and food on my table. I have never had a lot of money and I am fine with that. I have everything that I need in life. I may not have the best of everything but I am happy and to me that is more important then anything else.
