Love or arrange marraige?

I consider love marriage is best & its always better to spend a life with a known person than completely stranger.
In india, mostly arrange marriage are done for dowry. Money is spend as water in marriage. People often take loan for that !!!! Love marriage is the best as its best upon mutual understanding & trust & not on social status or money.

I think arrange marriage is basically business transaction for people who never found love in life :P
harsh but truth..
i mean like seriously.. woman chooses man based on his salary and man chooses woman based on her looks.. so business transaction.... love marriages can be like that too.. but most of the love marriages happen because of love.. i said most :D

@7864aru I don't know if you noticed this or not but as an Indian male, I noticed that for males both love and arrange marriage are only possible if they have money.. women don't choose us if we are low earners in india..our selection happens on money. so it's always business transaction for males.

Cool country. In India concept of marriage is very different. People want lavish arrange marriage. Dowry of car/ flat. 60- 70 gm gold and so on..

In india either you married or you aren't. There is 'mostly'(99%) no concept of live in relationship. So marriage is the only option if you are in love.

Definitely love or arranged. I can't even imagine having to marry somebody that I don't even know or don't even love.
