On 10/09/2016, three hijab-clad young women visited a police station in Mombasa to supposedly report a recent loss of phones. Given that this was a mere hoax, these women could not supply all the relevant information required by police officers at the OB desk. Soon, a dispute arose between the police officers and these three women. In the ensuing melee, one woman jumped over a counter, entered the police officers' cubicle, and stabbed one officer on the chest. Meanwhile, another woman doused the report desk area with petrol, lit a petrol bomb and hurled it at the police officers. What does this incident prove? It proves that women are increasingly being radicalized. It thus calls upon all of us to remain vigilant at all times.
