According to latest medical study, running on a hard footpath in a park is more harmful than benefit. It is said to damage Knee joints. This is even more damaging for people above 50 years of age. So, now many people are saying that we have to walk but not to run to get best benefit.

walking is good if you have low weight and then when you have reduced weight then you have to run to keep your health.

I am glad that they finally publish the result of their researches, because I already knew this from many years. My physio always told me not to run, but walk.
