Change Of Weather Has Me Sick!

As the month of September settles in, the nights seem colder and the change of temperature gives me allergies and I tend to get sick with the transition of seasons.
Today I woke up with sore throat and a stuffy nose, and im barely even hungry wich is a rare thing lol
Either way im going to make the best of today and stay posititve and just get through my work day and not let this minor cold or allergies get to me!

I think its more my allergies, the pollen really messes me up, I rarely ever get sick

Always take medication when ever you feel this, it's usallygets worse for days. right now it rained again after days of sun.

Im the same way I love the cooler tempertaures but my sinus sure dont. My daughter and I have boh been coughing and sneezing.

Yeah one of my twins are also with a sore throat the other has a stuffy nose, They barely let us sleep last night
