Its depending wuite much on population is living there and, as here are not so many cars..., maybe in 20 years could be possible a situation like this one.

Once, I was into a similar situation in Paris :) It tooked 1 hour to drive 1 km. The traffic accidents are most probablly the couse of bouchons.
