My experience with Emotional freedom technique

I have been practicing Emotional freedom technique regularly from past 9 months. 2-3 years back i came to know of this technique but was very irregular in my daily EFT practice because of my busy life and inertia. EFT is nothing but tapping on the acupressure meridians. There are about 10 important points where the acupressure meridians run through our body. If we tap on these points, if helps to release the stuck energies and negative emotions. We tap by focusing on the issues which are bothering us at this moment and love and accept those issues and love and accept ourselves in-spite of those issues. Love and acceptance of ourselves and the issues is what does the trick. It shifts our perceptions of our problems and helps us in healing inside out. EFT has been used in healing various physical and mental diseases. Research has shown that almost all the chronic illnesses have responded to EFT. Chronic illnesses like Diabetes, Hypertension, Cardiovascular diseases, fibromyalgia etc. Even mental illnesses like Depression, Mania, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Grief etc have also been completely healed with EFT. I wonder if EFT works. I have depression and I want to work on it using EFT.
