Any Android update for Samsung S3 Mini??

I have a Samsung S3 Mini GT-I8200 phone for which I cannot find any software updates anymore!
Samsung has stopped releasing official updates for it, since the phone is quite old now. I'd love however to update its Android version, from JellyBean 4.2.1, at least to 4.4.4 KitKat if not to 5.0 Lollipop or 6.0 Marshmallow.
I searched online and the only custom ROMs I found for it are for the GT-I8190, which is the older version, not the GT-I8200. It is ironic, as the 8200 has slightly better hardware specs (A dual-core 1.2 instead of 1.0 GHz processor) , yet the older 8190 model can be upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop, while mine cannot.
Any ideas?

The architecture is different and the i8200 has a Vivante GPU less common than the Mali 400 used in the 8190.
There is a group of discussion on XDA that might interest you. There is actually an attempt to port KitKat to the i8200, but it does not work yet.
