Today the hair shampoo contains many kinds of chemical stuff. I think it is better try to use those hair shampoos which don't contain the silicon. And of course we shall not stick to use one brand only. We shall often change our hair shampoos.

Just accept it and unless you can afford hair transplants there's nothing you can do.
Just shave all your hair off and think of the thousands you'll save in shampoo over your lifetime

@raki369 I have heard that there are ayurvedic gels for scalp care... Apply one of them instead of hair cream or gel. It will reduce the effect of AC

Keeping your scalp clean is important. Cos some people lose hair due to clogged pores on the scalp.
Watch your diet. Don't take too much salty food

I have the same problem right now and i think my hair fall is so bad i get like several strands everytime i comb my hair in the morning. its frightening. So i read that bathing the hair in green tea helps so i am trying this one out. its just my 3rd time to use green tea for my hair, i notice the hair is soft even without conditioner. but i'd like to wait a few more and see if it will promote hair growth.
