It is good to budget whatever you want to buy or purchase and head to the supermarket with extral money . Today I budgeted to spend 10 Dirham, but when I got to the cashier I discovered the actual cost is 12Dirham. Actual cost - budgeted cost.= Deficit . if not because I went to the market with extra money , I wouldn't have bought foodstuffs today Yours is Surplus or Deficit?

@nattyweb Whenever we think we will spend 10 thousand the need for new good rises and it leads to deficit . The plans of budget fails . But sometime its surplus when we don't spend on waste . But being a girl i its actually habit to spend more so budget breaks down and turns into deficit .
