I thought 12 months was an year on planet earth... Well...myLot is a different world alright Did you notice that? Check Pony's profile @TheHorse...and you know ..what I am talking. Hey..on DE @DaddyEvil's profile it reads "Joined myLot 1 year ago" So can anybody explain what is the big difference...and why the discrimination. I suspect DE bribed his way..

It would be more convenient if they stated the exact day and year we joined. I know that I joined the last 17th of August 2015.

It says on my profile, that I joined 1 year ago. I thought I joined last November, so not a year yet in my books.

I am not sure, but I would have checked the drop down menu of earnings to go to the last month...oh so I joined in July 2015...when did I leave anyway..lol. But well, that could be a way for newbies. COULD BE. Not sure..lol

12 months is a year, of course, but there's nothing to say that you can't count age in months. Many people do, after all, give their babies' ages that way. It's much more common to say "Little Harry is 18 months old now!" or, sometimes, to see "Not for children under 36 months".

I just went and checked mine and it says joined one year ago. I wonder if the year is not up until a certain month and date and than it will say joined one year ago.

@TheHorse ... But when system already has the day, month, and year function in it (OS), why break head in calculating it... ...programming should be much simpler with that..

i don't reckon i've paid any mind to when i joined here. dunno how folks're seein' the exact date others 've joined. don't really care neither i reckon. i don't think 'tis discrimination, jest the way their software 'tis set 'p.

Some of us feel it is discrimination...Pony is blonde ...so myLot thinks blondes aren't that smart...DE is not a blonde...so they are careful with him.

You would need to know the date you joined. They both might be here a year depending on the date they joined. I see you've been here for a few years, not just one year.

January 9, 2016. It says I joined 8 months ago. I think the whole time and date setup on myLot is messed up. Have you ever noticed the time beside the messages you exchange with friends? It's always wrong! Sometimes even the time beside a comment shows up wrong.

Now this is something for @Owlwings and @JolietJake to explain..lol yeah...a lot of flaws I noticed. Like the earnings you see here, and once you open the earnings page differ many times. Then responses are 5 hours 4 hours 10 hours..weird.
