I agree that breakfast is the most important meal in a day. But my food for breakfast is different everyday because I don't want to eat the same thing. So sometimes the food can be break, coffee, cereal, congee, noodles, dumplings and even pizza![](/Content/images/emotes/lol.gif)

Eggs are a good choice and there are so many different ways to cook them. Fresh fruit or veggies. Bacon as long as it isn't smothered in grease. Oatmeal is also a good pick. Smoothies can be healthy as long as they are made properly.

Eggs are a good choice, too. I like to have oatmeal and fruit for my breakfast. It is makes you feel full and is very satisfying.
