I shop at thrift stores for clothing, seriously I can not remember the last time I bought a "new" piece of clothing. I spend about 20 -45 dollar a year on me and about 60-70 dollars a year on my husband for clothing, so about 100-120 dollar a year is our clothing budget. I also get some nice clothes from a older family friend that literally buys clothes almost daily and gets rid of them monthly. Do you guys buy at thrift stores?

I love shopping at thrift stores. Especially for clothes and toys and what not. Save a lot of money. My favorite thrift store is Goodwill. And yes I get rid of the old and bring in the new

I love finding a treasure. I've found several really nice pieces that were expensive brands and looked new. Some still had the labels on so they actually were new!
Now when a department store has a sale, it still seems like too much. LOL

I have been to a few but haven't bought anything yet. I found some shoes I really liked but of course they weren't in my size. They were in my friend's size though and she bought them. She got 2 pairs of shoes, 3 pieces of clothing & a book for less than $20.
