Are You a Runner or a Walker?

I'm a walker. I gave up running a few years ago. It's not worth the effort, and it leaves me out of breath. I wish that I could be more of a runner, but walking is just as good for my exercise. What about you? Are you a runner? Perhaps you like to jog? Do you prefer a walk in the neighborhood or the park?

I am a walker now. I use to run when I was in my twenties. I like to talk a walk in the morning when its quiet and no one is up in my neighborhood. I need to walk more for my health since I cannot run anymore.
Maybe walking down the park a few times a week will help me fill better.

I am walker too.But I really want to run.Because its easy loose weight by running. In my city there are plenty marathons happening through out the year and I want to participate atlist in 5 k run.Its my dream.
Well right now I am prego so there is no way that i could start practicing. But once I am done with having kiddo I am going to aim completion of 5 k run

I don't think jogging or running is really a good exercise once you get older. But I've been wrong once before. :)

I'm a walker and I walk 4 times a week at the ovals on earlymornings with my wife. I do 10 rounds which is a distance of 4.50 kilometers.
