Brownie...please share your recepie!

Hello friends, i really want to ask something from you. Actually, from sister's birthday is approaching and she is extremely fond of eating brownies. I want to make them for her this time but whenever i bake them,they tend to become very hard. Its difficult for me to make them spongy. I really want to surprise her this time because she would get married the next year. Kindly help guys if you have any tips and tricks to make brownies spongy and soft. I would really appreciate your help..Thank you!

You can stir the matter of brownie for a longer period and yes,the use of eggs will increase its softness.

@wilson_09. Add only one egg to make it like brownies or if you add more it will be like cake.

Just add one egg and oil to make it soft. The brownie mix has to be thick.

I like double fudge with big chunks of hershey kisses inside. I like to try cookie and cream brownies or white chocolate brownies.

Yes,adding eggs would help and also make sure regarding the cooking temperature...don't keep it very high.
