I Will Read ...

I absolutely believe in freedom of speech. I also know there are two sides to every coin.
However, I am absolutely sick of all the politics. I will read your posts about Trump and Hillary, but please don't expect me to comment on them. I'm not taking sides in this election. I'm to the point I don't even want to vote because that will be admitting I like one over the other, but I think they are both pathetic. I never liked Hillary not even when she was the first lady. I never liked Trump. Those views haven't changed in the many years they have been around and doing what they do best, which it seems is blasting the other person. It's almost like sibling rivalry, only worse. Maybe Cain and Abel.
I'm not siding with anyone of your views on who you think is better for running this country. At the moment I would choose Snoopy for President. Is he running?
Thanks for reading.

I pretty much stopped watching the news due to all the BS going on with politics. Same thing with Facebook. I am sick of how divided our nation has become. It's like you can't even talk to someone if they don't agree with your viewpoint. It's very disheartening. The terrorists of the world and the enemies of America are sitting back laughing. They don't even have to fight us to destroy our country. We're doing a damn good job of destroying ourselves. I wish there was a unifying politician who would come along that would stand up and fight to re-unify the people of this country. We've become so polarized in our political beliefs.

I skip over those posts most of the time, rather like I do overly religious ones, just dont have much to say. This election frankly has been embarrassing.

@just4him I look at it this way: Jesus said "Render unto Caesar, that which is Caesar's". We aren't voting for a spiritual leader, the government isn't church. We are electing a Caesar, and we should strive to elect the person most likely to administer the state properly. We are lucky to be able to choose our secular leaders instead of having them foisted on us by foreign governments. I don't want to knowingly help elect someone who has endangered national security and committed various instances of fraud and is steeped in corruption. We have a clear choice to choose the person who will ensure our security at this point in time. Yes, we have sinned as a nation and we deserve whatever a Clinton administration might do to us. But God often provided leaders who protected His people even though they did not follow God. In any case, God knows the outcome.

I fully respect your feelings on this. I just so do not want that man in office that I will rant on about him. I hope to keep down to just what I thought of the debates. I remember when Paul Paulson ran and I would vote for him just because of what you are pretty much saying here.

I will be glad when this election year is over in about 50 days when the next president that God allows to be elected is finally known which is very scary as the either choice is making me hit my knees more as this country is headed for judgment (as according to scripture there is no king, president or other authority that is in power unless God places him or her there to serve his purpose whether it be for blessing or judgment)

I agree with that as I know it's fully scriptural and that scares me too.

Maybe the question is not then who is better for running the US but who is worse.

I'd vote for Snoopy too, oh but wait, can't vote in the US!
I do feel you. Felt the same way during our election period here. Don't you just wish it'll be done and over with?

It has to be the most depressing, annoying, and downright awful election I've been through yet since I started to vote.

It would be nice if peace was an easy achievement.
