Is it important to take supplements, like vitamins E, C and B complex? Should we eat those supplements? And may I know if you eat supplements for your stamina?

Vitamins C and B are water soluble. That means the vitamins gets dissolved in water, and when you go to the toilet to urinate, you lose the vitamins. If you feel tried after climbing a flight of stairs, that is likely due to the lack of Vitamin B complex. Just take the supplements every day since they are cheap.

@Ayuriny Multi-vitamin pills, but not every day. If I feel that I am getting sick, I will take more Vitamin C

I take glucosamine for stiffness in my knee but otherwise I try to eat as many fresh vegetables as possible as well as some dairy and pulses and a little meat to make sure I get my vitamins and minerals.

I don't take supplements. As I still regard them as a kind of medicine. I prefer to obtain the minor elements from the natural food. And this can work better and it will be healthier without any side effects.

That's also the supplement that my mom usually takes. I wonder can the supplement be replaced by certain food?

@Ayuriny I think sometimes it is hard to eat enough of a food to get the benefit you can get from a single pill.

If you're eating healthy there's no need especially the synthetic ones as they would damage your kidney. I don't.
