Men who love to grow beards are very fond of them but their are certain problems that they face such as itching and acne. These increases especially in the season of monsoon. Well, i have got to know few tips which i want to share with all beard lovers... Firstly, you have to keep in mind that you keep your beards clean,wash them regularly..you can even use a good beard wash..Because facial hairs also needs some care :-) Secondly,you can use good moisturisers that are non comedogenic. Thirdly...as we all hear..we are what we eat...so, if you eat healthy,you will always be perfect. Intake of protiens..green leafy vegetables,peas,broccoli and spinach realky help.
